Wow… WTF, Facebook?!
What the heck are they trying to prove? As the home page for registered users, Facebook now features a giant “feed” that lists ALL activity for ALL of your friends. Now, you can see every time someone updates or comments on a photo, every time someone writes on someone’s wall, and even when you decline an invitation! I mean seriously, TMI, Facebook! One guy wrote an open letter featured on digg that says it quite nicely. I hope Facebook gets the picture and pulls the feature, or at least lets you permanently disable the global notification for your own postings. I think it’s just too invasive.
Insane Rock Climber
This digg page links to a video of insane rock climber Dan Osman climbing a 400 foot vertical rock face! I see a lot of nifty stuff go by on digg, but this one is a “holy crap” that I had to share.
